At CTQ Sourcing Ltd., we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Every product we deliver goes through strict quality checks to ensure authenticity and condition. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a return. Please read our Return and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
  2. Once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  3. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info.ctqsourcing@gmail.com or through our official Facebook pages.

Note: Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in specific cases to maintain quality and hygiene standards. Returns are applicable only if:

  1. You received the wrong product, or
  2. The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order ID, a clear photo/video of the item, and the original packaging.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange for the return process.

Returned products must be:

  1. Unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  2. Accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  1. Opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or personal care items
  2. Products without original packaging
  3. Free gifts, promotional items, or sample packs

4. Product Damage During Transit

If a product is damaged during delivery:

  1. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Keep all packaging materials and provide clear photos or videos of the damage for verification.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by CTQ Sourcing Ltd. are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation goods.

If a customer suspects an item’s authenticity, we encourage immediate contact for verification and resolution.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, you may return the eligible product (under the conditions above) and place a new order.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  1. If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged product), CTQ Sourcing Ltd. will bear the return shipping cost.
  2. If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong order, change of mind), shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer must cover return shipping.

8. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request within 3–5 business days.

If approved, the replacement or store credit will be issued promptly.
